Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for Contrack Facility Management

Contrack Facility Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with expertise in HVAC, Fire Safety Systems, and Plumbing maintenance for a residential project in Assiut. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety across the facility.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience (6 years) in mechanical maintenance, preferably within facility management or a similar industry.
• Proven experience in HVAC, Fire Safety, and Plumbing system maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
