Electrical Engineers for ARAK lighting

ARAK Lighting is currently looking for the following candidates to join its technical office located in Mohandessin, AlGiza, Egypt:
Electrical or Electronics engineers as a technical support and cost estimators with 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of lighting projects to perform the following duties & responsibilities:
- Study and evaluate RFQ’s/tender documents by reviewing and analysing the scope of work, specifications and preparing commercial offers.
- Ability to count quantities from lighting layout plans and making bills of quantities (BOQ), and technical submissions to meet the project requirements.
- Prepare details and accurate cost estimates for lighting projects, encompassing material and aligned with the company policies and sales targets.
- Identifying lighting fixture suppliers, evaluating their products, negotiating with them and choosing the most suitable materials and components required for the project.
- Design lighting projects using approved engineering programs such as Dialux evo or equivalent accordance with international standards, codes and relevant laws including energy efficiency and environmental requirements.
- The ability to develop and provide suggestions and solutions for lighting projects.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs.
