Product Quality Engineer (QA/QC)
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering (Major: Chemical, Petrochemical, or Material/Composites)
Qualifications:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
Experience: 0 to 3
Job Responsibilities:
The Product Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of specific product categories throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design and production to after-sales solutions.
Monitor daily production lines and finished products to ensure the production process and product quality meet established requirements.
Organize production trials for new products, improve product specifications, reduce costs, and increase production efficiency.
Communicate with customers to address their special requirements and improve the product as needed.
Manage NCR procedures, quality incidents, and other corrective actions.
Conduct data analysis on production, process parameters, and key quality points on a monthly basis or as required.
Arrange training for production-related workers and technicians to enhance their awareness of process control and product quality.
