I&R Egypt is seeking *highly motivated* and *committed* *fresh graduate engineers* to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the field of light current systems and alarm system installations. *No prior experience is required.*

Eligibility Criteria:
 • *Female engineers* with a *degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering.*
 • Must be a *resident of Giza, preferably in 6th of October City* or nearby areas close to our headquarters.

 • *Seriousness and a strong sense of responsibility.*
 • *Quick learning ability and adaptability.*
 • *A high level of commitment to work schedules.*
 • *The ability to perform effectively under pressure.*

Selection Process:
The application process includes the following stages:
 1. *First Interview:* Candidates will be assessed based on their potential, professionalism, behavior, and ability to work effectively in a team. Shortlisted candidates will move to the next stage.
 2. *Second Interview:* This stage will determine final selection, leading to a three-month probation period.

Selected engineers are required to demonstrate *dedication, commitment, and a professional attitude* during the trial period. Exceptional performance will be acknowledged and rewarded.
