Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and negotiation techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., ERP systems, procurement tools)
Fluency in English and Arabic
Alexandria resident is preferable
