Junior Industrial Engineer for Alex apparel

(Junior Industrial Engineer)
Is needed to be hired in Alex apparel readymade garments in the free zone, Alexandria.

Job description: 
- Collect the line loading plan from the Planning Department
- Collect size set sample and make operation bulletin accordingly.
- Based on the Operation Bulletin made prepare the layout for individual lines.
- Discuss with the Maintenance in charge regarding the machine, folder, attachment requirement, and technical personnel for technical issues.
- Find out the bottleneck process and solve it.
- Give daily production targets and follow-up production achievements.
- Hourly production follow-up
- Workstation design
- Prepare daily efficiency reports.
- Prepare daily Man/ Machine reports

Job requirement:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Management skills
- solve problems skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Lean manufacturing - six sigma.
