Senior Factory Planner for Alex apparels

(Senior Factory Planner)
Is needed to be hired in Alex apparels readymade garments in the free zone, Alexandria

Job responsibilities
•Develop, maintain, and optimize factory production plans based on customer orders, forecast demand, and available capacity.
•Ensure that production schedules are feasible, balancing efficiency, cost, and resource availability.
•Allocate work orders across various production lines and ensure proper sequencing for maximum throughput.
•Collaborate with quality control, production, and maintenance departments to resolve issues that may impact production timelines.
•Partner with the merchandising team to align production output with customer demand and delivery schedules.
•Conduct regular capacity reviews to align production schedules with available resources (labor, machines, raw materials).
•Monitor progress against the production plan and adjust in real-time to meet deadlines.
•Analyze deviations between actual production output and planned production and report on root causes and corrective actions.
•Prepare detailed production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics for factory leadership.
Decision Making Authority:
•Approves production schedules, allocates resources, manages work orders, and escalates major issues.
•Influences cost-optimization decisions but has limited direct budget control.

Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor’s in industrial engineering or related field.
•Experience:5-8 years in production planning within the apparel industry. ( Is must )
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Residents of Alexandria or Beheira only .
•Very Good written and spoken English
