FM Manager for Huawei Egypt

Huawei Egypt is hiring  "FM Manager" with the below qualifications:
-Objectives of this role:
1-Managing and Controlling all Managed Service Project activities & Daily Operation. 
2-Main Customer Interface. 
3-Managing the Field to Achieve Customer Contractual KPIs.
4-Accountable of Operational Network Budget.
5-Manage Subcontractor KPI and related Business Cases.
6-Support presale at all field activities.
-Responsibilities:
1-High customer centricity and daily engagement to the customer requests 
Built strong organization and defined clear scope of Work, Processes& KPIs measurement.
2-Cascaded Customer pain points and developed Technical Solutions to the Team to overcome this pain points.
3-Performance Review and Monitoring for each function and taking corrective action.
4-Daily monitoring the teams .
5-Raising Technical Background of Field Teams/Managerial Skills of Subordinates.
6-Monitoring and Controlling subcontractor performance within regular meetings.
Firm control on resources and resource optimization
-Required skills and qualifications:
1-10+ years in a senior leadership role in a field related to our Managed Services and Carrier Network operations.
2-Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success.
3-Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
4-Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
5-Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands.
6-Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
7-Strong Experience in Carriers Field Maintenance tasks (CM, PM, Passive elements, Power, Access & security, etc…)
-Preferred skills and qualifications:
1-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Communication Engineering.
2-MBA is preferred.
3-Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes.
