Job Announcement: Production Engineer
We are seeking a Production Engineer with at least ( 3 )years of experience in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of Applied Arts.
Location: 10th of Ramadan City, Industrial Zone B4
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans in line with company objectives.
- Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Apply productivity principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Manage production line teams and allocate tasks effectively.
- Train workers on equipment usage and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure final products meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor the implementation of occupational safety and health standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on production performance and efficiency indicators.
- Provide innovative solutions to production challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments (design, sales, and procurement) to meet customer requirements.
- Possess a solid understanding of various manufacturing techniques (wood, metals, textiles).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Cutting List.
Personal Skills:
- Strong team leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
