Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architect or Civil).
5+ years of experience in tendering or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Proficiency in cost estimation, pricing strategies, and commercial contract terms.
Strong understanding of the industry-specific technical requirements, design processes, and project lifecycle.
Familiarity with tendering and estimation software (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD, estimating software).
Work location: New Cairo, Egypt
