Ecotel is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced "Inside Cairo Managed Services Manager " with the below qualifications and requirements:
Job responsibilities:
· Lead and manage all meetings and communications with Huawei, acting as the primary interface between the customer and Ecotel.
· Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong customer satisfaction and trust.
· Oversee and coordinate with project managers on the ground for all maintenance projects in the respective region (Inside or Outside Cairo).
· Ensure internal alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
· Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Prepare and present detailed project reports, covering performance metrics, financials, and progress updates, using Excel and PowerPoint.
· Ensure strict adherence to Ecotel’s EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies and other compliance standards.
Qualification & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field).
· Proven work experience of minimum 8 years in GSM network projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
· A certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
· Proven track record in handling large-scale maintenance projects and customer relationships.
· Strong knowledge of GSM networks and project management methodologies.
