- Manage maintenance technicians and supervisors for efficient hospital maintenance operations.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort by overseeing all maintenance-related work.
- Prepare financial reports and invoices for suppliers.
- Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule and lead the team in effective delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers to address any issues promptly.
- Monitor budget and make recommendations for optimal departmental operation.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Over 10 years in maintenance.
- Preference for candidates residing in 6th of October.
