Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of two years of experience in a commercial engineering role within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Asta Powerproject, or similar)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
