- At Least 3 years of experience in the same position within hotels.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, H.V.A.C and mechanical  
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills. 
- Effective management, leadership and organization skills.
- V.good command of English. 
- Flexible to work on shift basis.
