Job Advertisement:
Position: mechanical Procurement engineering 
Location: Sheikh zayed city 

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required

Qualifications:

Proficient in receiving and approving purchase requisitions, analyzing specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
Experience in sourcing suitable suppliers, utilizing existing supplier databases.
Ability to follow up on purchasing orders, recommend delivery improvements, process purchase order requests, and monitor change orders using ERP procedures.
Skilled in preparing cost sheet reports to ensure cost control.
Strong negotiation skills with potential suppliers to secure favorable proposals in compliance with quality management systems.
Ability to confirm purchase orders and request order acknowledgments from suppliers.
Experience in vendor communication, following up on deliveries, and providing shipping details to requesters.
Familiarity with coordinating with Quality reception teams for material inspection and feedback.
Proficiency in maintaining good supplier relations and supplier diversity.
Ability to resolve billing issues and conflicts between the company and vendors.
Experience in evaluating current and potential providers based on set standards and criteria.
Strong reporting skills and ability to develop regular reports.
Knowledge of ensuring materials meet tender and project specifications upon arrival at the site.
Ability to perform material take-offs (MTO) prior to project purchase requisitions.
Capacity to follow project manager's instructions and ensure quality installations as per design and procedures.
Experience in monitoring project schedules and conducting quantity surveys for material procurement.
Proficient in analyzing project requirements and developing accurate bid pricing strategies.
