Interior Designer for Design Point Egypt

We're hiring Interior Designer with
3D proficiency and background in commercial design.
Responsibilities:
•Create and present interior design concepts in response to client needs as well as work closely with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria.
•To prepare, and develop with the team were required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design.
• Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Auto-Cad and up to date 3D software proficiency required.
• Follows a time schedule for all 3D design phases including all detailed activities.
•Develops 3D drawings and renders to fit the space by massing up the sketch or mood board or reference image into a clear 3D design including modeling furniture, lighting, and texture.
• Receives feedback from Team Leader on all 3D design stages.
• Refines the project design accordingly to the team leader's feedback and guidance.
• Makes sure that project progress is reported on a regular basis to the Project Manager throughout the project for tracking and plan update purposes.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
•Experience From 3 to 6 years
• Auto-Cad, Photoshop, 3D Max, Corona Renderer, InDesign, MS Office programs & etc
