Job Description

• Managing and reviewing the designs required from the consultant project.
• Attending the progress meeting, discuss, and suggest technical proposals for the consultant.
• Coordinating with technical engineering departments about design requirements and tendering.
• Participating in the preparation of the technical and commercial proposals and the tender documentation.
• Reviewing the shop drawings.
• Reviewing material-technical data- sheets to submit and material inspection requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering -Architecture.
• Experience from 5 to 7 years in the same position
• Excellent use of AutoCAD as professional.
• Experience in the Real Estate Developer Technical office field is a Plus
• Good command of English Language (written & spoken).
