CMMS Engineer at Mobility

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CMMS Engineer to join our team, CMMS Engineers play a pivotal role in enhancing maintenance operations through technology, data analysis, and asset management. They support the implementation & configuration and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of the system with a focus on Assets configuration and Assets data structures integrity. Responsibilities include documentation management & reporting as well, End-Users training, system Upgrades & process improvement. Always Stay updated on CMMS technologies and best practices to facilitate development and innovation for an efficient organization.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Education
o Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Experience:
o From 3 to 5 years of experience working in Technical (Maintenance or Engineering) Roles exposed to the use of CMMS software.
o Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms essentially IBM Maximo or preferably (SAP, COSWIN 8i or any other similar platforms)
o Strong understanding of maintenance management processes and asset lifecycle management.

• Skills:
o Proficiency in CMMS software configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret complex data reports.
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and process automation (e.g., creating macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas).
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
o Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
o Basic understanding of equipment maintenance, types of maintenance and its strategies, and failure modes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL):
• Certifications in CMMS or maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CMRT, etc.). 
• Experience with database management or IT support.
• Familiarity with maintenance optimization methodologies, such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Lean Maintenance.
