Skills and Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
•Proven experience in design architecture, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in residential, commercial, or public sector projects, Gulf region is a plus.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design software.
•Strong understanding of architectural principles, design processes, and building systems.
•Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations, especially Dubai and Abu Dhabi codes.
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
•LEED or similar sustainability certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
•5-8 years of experience in architectural design.
•Experience with project management software and techniques.
•Strong understanding of digital rendering and visualization tools is a plus.
