Hesco Engineering Services is Now Hiring Architectural Quantity Surveyor (Technical Office) 
Position: Architectural Quantity Surveyor (Technical Office)
Location: October
Employment Type: Full-Time
 Key Responsibilities:
1. Take offs quantities as per project requirements for architecture ad ID items. 
2. Ensure a solid understanding of finishes and material specifications.
3. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure accuracy in project quantities.
4. Review and coordinate architectural quantity surveys.
5. Ability to prepare reports and accurately calculate quantities.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor of Engineering Architecture only.
2. Experience: 3-5 years in luxury interior design projects.
3. Software Proficiency (is must): AutoCAD, Revit and Excel.
4. Technical Expertise: Proficient in quantities take offs for architecture items and Interior designs items (ID Items). Perfect in B.O.Q & ID materials
5. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a team.
