What You Bring:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
✔️ 1-3 years of experience in presales, technical support, or a similar role (preferably in printing solutions).
✔️ Strong knowledge of printing technologies, solutions, and managed print services.
✔️ Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to translate customer challenges into strategic, value-driven solutions.
✔️ Fluency in English & Arabic.
✔️ Flexibility to work in Naser City and relocate to 1st Settlement, New Cairo after 8 months.
