Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction or contracting industry, with a focus on MEP, HVAC, and chilled water systems.

Proven experience in preparing and reviewing mechanical, HVAC, MEP shop drawings, and mechanical designs.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, chilled water systems, plumbing, fire protection, and associated systems.

Familiarity with local and international codes and standards related to HVAC and MEP design.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other mechanical design software.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
