Skills and Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering or a related field (Master's. preferred).
-15-20 years of design experience, with 5+ years in management.
-Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud.
-Expert in permit regulations.
-Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
-Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
-Ability to align design with business objectives.
-Familiarity with sustainable design principles, building codes, and regulations.
