Sr project engineer ( Architecture ) BROUQ DEVELOPMENTS

Job Role:

• The candidates should have prior experience as both a Site & Technical Engineer and in Architectural Drawing.
• Studying the specifications, drawings, and conditions of the project contracts.
• Preparing and reviewing design drawings, shop drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Monitoring project activities and resolving any obstacles for the execution team.
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
• Inputting the work breakdown structure information to assess an accurate forecast of time, resources, and cash flow for the project.
• Preparing project baselines and updating the project schedule based on work progress.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and look-ahead reports reflecting work progress.
• Reviewing and approving invoices.
• Estimating quantities and costs of materials, equipment, and labor for the project activities under contract.
• Coordinating with various project stakeholders (Contractors, Consultants, and Authorities).
• Negotiating with third parties to secure the most appropriate financial and technical offers.
• Reviewing and approving contracts for new projects in cooperation with the financial, legal, and marketing departments.
• Coordinating between different disciplines working on the project.

Requirements:

• Not more than 6 years of experience in the same position.
• Project management skills.
• Experience reviewing design drawings and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with reviewing bills of quantities.
• Ability to estimate initial costs.
• Experience preparing contracts for contractors and consultants.
• Ability to prepare and review time schedules.
• Supervision of work quality and follow-up on the daily schedule.
• Preparation of financial figures and review of their compatibility with the budget.
• Ability to solve critical issues in a time-sensitive environment.
• Autocade knowledge is amust
