WE ARE
HIRING
SENIOR CRM OPERATIONS ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities:
• Review contract payment plans.
• Review customer cheques and issue related receipts.
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts and cash.
- Process credit card payments.
- Prepare bank deposits.
• Prepare financial status reports, clearance, and penalty calculations.
• Hand over old cheques to clients.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Prepare daily reports, including contract reviews and daily transactions:
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Hand over all daily work to the treasury department at the end of each day.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Good command of English.
