Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience as a Site Engineer, with experience managing large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
