We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineer to lead our technical team, manage site engineers, and oversee the technical office. If you have 7+ years of experience in a related industry, we want to hear from you!

 #Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage site engineers & technical office engineers
• Oversee project execution, quality control, and compliance
•  Provide technical expertise on paints & construction materials applications
•  Ensure adherence to safety standards and engineering best practices
•  Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
•  Analyze project requirements and propose cost-effective solutions
•  Train and mentor junior engineers for team efficiency
 Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
•  7+ years of experience in paints, coatings, or construction materials
•  Strong knowledge of materials, site operations, and quality control
•  Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management tools, and technical documentation
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
