Architectural Technical office Engineer + 5 years experience in the construction field familiar with shopdrawings coordination Interior Design Hotelsprojects
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Architectural Technical Office Engineer located in the new administrative capital.
The day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing architectural technical office activities, preparing shop drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
·        Strong knowledge of construction codes and regulations
·        Strong knowledge in fine internal finishes shop drawing for large-scale projects
·       Proficient in AutoCAD
·       Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
·       Teamwork skills
·       Bachelor's degree in Architecture
.       Background experience in hotels projects is a plus
