Civil Engineering Manager (Steel Structure) for Cairo 3A Group

Job Specifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, PMP certification or master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in construction or project management, with a focus on civil engineering, and at least 3 years in managerial role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Project Management: Skilled in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, with the ability to monitor progress and manage resources effectively.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Quality and Safety Management: Knowledgeable in implementing quality assurance and control processes and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot engineering issues, address project delays, and devise effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Risk Management: Proactive in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks related to engineering, budget, and schedule.
