We are seeking a Technical Office Tendering Engineer to analyze and review tender documents, ensuring accurate links between drawings and BOQs and providing structured data to the costing department for pricing. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments to support tendering for hotel and residential projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Applied arts, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a technical office role, with expertise in tendering for hotel and residential projects.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of project methodologies, materials, and BOQ analysis.
