Facility Engineer for Xceed

Xceed is hiring Facility Engineer (Junior Position)
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Description: We are looking for a Junior Facility Engineer to join our team and help maintain our building's electromechanical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise workers maintaining electromechanical systems and equipment.
- Implement and monitor maintenance for all systems.
- Oversee daily field readings and verify equipment functionality.
- Manage inventory, storekeeping, and material requisitions.
- Review daily work reports and maintain operation and maintenance manuals.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc in mechanical Power Engineering (preferably from Cairo or Ain Shams University).
- 1-3 years of experience in operation and maintenance in buildings (hotels, large residential complexes, or offices).
- Knowledge of electromechanical equipment, light current systems (CCTV, BMS, fire alarm, etc.), and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Computer skills (MS Office, BMS, AutoCAD).
