Responsibilities

Preparation comparisons to sub-contractors and suppliers (technical + finance) and analysis of prices, select the category that will be included in the tender
Review the tender documents to be sent to agreed sub-contractors and suppliers.
All Supply Chain Function disciplines, including procurement, subcontracts, expediting, quality control/inspection and materials management and logistics.
Liaise with other project functions including engineering to ensure all project components are resolved to meet Required On site dates.
Apply value engineering concept if it’s possible on all the required material.
Negotiate with subcontractors on three different stages with the support of the procurement manager in order to fulfill projects’ time schedule and target prices to get the best offer achieving saving in accordance with the projects’ budget
Follow up with the finance the approval of the subcontractors’ financial documents in order to ensure the updated financial documents
Sign the subcontracts & the addendums with the subcontractors in order to circulate the subcontracts documents
