BIM Electrical Engineer/Modeler for Azizi Developments

Duties:

• Build the 3D BIM models of MEP services using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Preparation of design calculations for Electrical services
• Consistent attention to technical correctness & quality deliverables
• Develop parametric families & libraries related to electrical works
• Preparation of design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams.
• Preparation of schedules and sheet lists.
• Developing and applying Revit templates and families.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges.
• Adhere to the schedule and follow BIM content standards and development procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
• 4 to 7 years of experience.
• Advanced level of Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) standards, MEP systems design, creating Revit families and templates, and project management.
