HVAC BIM Engineer for BIMWOW

BIMWOW is hiring the following position 

HVAC BIM Engineer 

Location: Dokki

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings (LOD 400+) using Revit
• Utilize Navisworks for BIM coordination and clash detection
• Prepare precise quantity surveys and BOQs for HVAC systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience including minimum one year as a Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC FOCUSE)
• English professional proficiency is a must.
• Expertise in Revit and Navisworks for BIM modeling and coordination
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE)
• Experience with Dynamo is highly preferred
• Technical Office experience is a plus
