About the job
Directs sales specialists towards the best methods for building strong relationships with customers and gaining their trust. Develop a sales strategy and identify the appropriate tools to implement it. Also, assists management in obtaining a clear view of the best-selling products as well as those less popular among customers. Interact with market needs and informing management of the features or characteristics missing from the product or service that prevent the customer from completing the deal.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing the sales department to ensure the achievement of the required goals on a regular basis.

• Developing and implementing the strategic plan to achieve sales objectives and expand the customer base.

• Participating in building relationships with customers and maintaining services that help gain customer satisfaction.

• Communicating with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

• Effective communication, continuous evaluation, and providing suggestions and promotional offers.

• A good understanding of market nature and identifying available sales opportunities.

• Preparing budgets and appropriate sales methods to achieve the best results.

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

 • Courses: Sales Supervisors Training – Negotiation Skills – Sales Training

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
8 years of experience in sales
Previous experience in Steel Fabrication Industry is a Must
