Maintenance Engineer for eXtra (United Electronics Co.)

We are actively looking for a detail-oriented Property Maintenance Engineer to join our Retail Development team,

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (Electrical or Mechanical) Engineering Discipline.
• 5+ years in Building Maintenance within high rise, hotel or commercial building.
• The ability to develop working relationships with a wide range of people.
• Technical knowledge of building services.
• Problem solving and decision making ability.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies when needed.
• Retail background is an advantage.
