Knowteq for Construction and Information Technology is looking for experienced Mechanical Engineers to join our team in both the Technical Office and Site Execution departments.

1️⃣ Technical Office Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
🔹 Prepare, review, and modify mechanical designs and shop drawings.
🔹 Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare material submittals.
🔹 Develop technical reports, BOQs, and specifications for mechanical works.
🔹 Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other departments to resolve design issues.
🔹 Ensure that designs comply with local codes and project specifications.
🔹 Provide technical support for site teams and clarify design-related queries.
🔹 Follow up on procurement and ensure the timely availability of required materials.
🔹 Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
✅ 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical office role.
✅ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
✅ Experience in preparing shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Familiarity with international standards and local regulations.

2️⃣ Site Execution Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
🔹 Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, etc.).
🔹 Ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
🔹 Monitor project progress, address technical issues, and propose solutions.
🔹 Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
🔹 Conduct inspections and quality control checks on mechanical installations.
🔹 Prepare site progress reports and update management on project status.
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
🔹 Assist in the handover process and documentation upon project completion.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
✅ 5 to 10 years of experience in site execution.
✅ Experience in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and piping systems.
✅ Strong leadership and site management skills.
✅ Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
✅ Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
