* Quality Manger-Garment (Shirts )
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager for our shirt manufacturing Factory . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment production, particularly in shirt tailoring, and a proven track record in managing quality control processes within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the quality assurance processes throughout the shirt production line.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Train and supervise the quality control team to ensure effective quality management practices.
- Liaise with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure production timelines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and quality standards to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in shirt production is must .
- In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, quality control procedures, and standards.
- Strong understanding of textile materials, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Experience with quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile , Fashion Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the garment industry, specifically shirt manufacturing.
