Original International Company, a leading manufacturer of high-quality trailers and semi-trailers, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Section Head to join our team in Al-Obour Industrial City. To be responsible for Manage maintenance operations of production equipment and tools to ensure optimal functioning of all facilities and promoting a safe and well-maintained work environment

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective maintenance procedures to ensure optimal functionality of all facilities and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve equipment and machines.
Oversee the functionality of electrical and hydraulic systems of machines.
Plan, schedule, and oversee all repair and installation activities.
Allocate workload and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task completion.
Monitor equipment inventory and initiate purchase orders when necessary.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance best practices and industry standards (mechanical & electrical).
Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance operations.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
Strong awareness of safety measures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
