Electrical Sales Engineer for Electech

A reputable Electrical Solutions provider company is hiring Electrical Sales Engineer  with the below qualifications:

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (power or communication or Mechatronics)
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the sales organization of an Industrial background or similar role.
Excellent presentations and customer handling skills.
Good knowledge in Microsoft office is a must.
Skills in the art of verbal communication and the art of negotiation.

The position will be responsible for:

- Plan and conduct all kind of regular customer interactions (calls /visits/ meeting) for all customer within the assigned list and sectors.

- Develop and report periodical sales activity reports, action plans, sales forecasts, competitions and customer feedbacks.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships, and identify potential and key account customers. Reach out to customer leads through marketing tools, in coordination.

- Monitor and achieve relevant targets, revenue growth, and KPIs to achieve organizational objectives..

The selection phases will consist of three levels as below:
