Maintenance Engineer for Juhayna Food Industries

Apply the execution of day-to-day maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and increase productivity to achieve maintenance KPIs.

Day to Day Operations:

• Oversee day to day maintenance activities for the factory to achieve maintenance schedules.
• Organize periodical planned and preventive maintenance schedule and implement time plan for all the factory equipment’s and machinery.
• Assists in any installations, projects application, and monitor the required tasks.
• Document maintenance activities, incidents, repairs, and reports on daily basis.
• Focus on achieving 100% of breakdown analysis and RCA.
• Schedule team members for shifts, assigned tasks, and supervises their performance and development to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
• From 0 to 2 years of experience in FMCGs or any related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision making.
