Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Project Management & Execution

Manage, design, develop, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to sustainability standards.
Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
✔️ Site Investigations & Feasibility Studies

Conduct on-site investigations, data collection, and analysis (e.g., maps, reports, tests, drawings).
Assess potential project risks, materials, and cost estimates for optimal planning.
Develop and present technical feasibility studies and detailed blueprints that meet regulatory requirements.
✔️ Structural Design & Compliance

Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other visualization software to create accurate design models.
Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, permits, and regulatory approvals.
Prepare technical documentation, construction drawings, and permit applications as required.
✔️ Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership

Oversee and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and construction teams.
Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Address and resolve technical challenges, site deficiencies, and unexpected issues.
✔️ Budget Management & Procurement

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and construction resources.
Monitor progress reports and financial expenditures, providing regular updates to management.
Minimum Qualifications:
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

 🔹 Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.

 🔹 Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design/visualization software.

 🔹 Project Management: Experience in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.

 🔹 Compliance & Safety: Deep knowledge of construction permits, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

 🔹 Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
