Jop Description:-
Oversees the entire process of building a swimming pool,Lakes, from planning and designing to completion and handover,
•Plays a crucial role in a swimming pool,Lakes, project's planning and design phase by collaborating
with architects, engineers, and designers to develop project plans, blueprints, and materials,lists.
• Reviewing Designs for Mechanical Systems Such As HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection Systems To Ensure They Meet Standards, Codes, Purpose & Regulatory authorities Approvals.
• Generate / Review the Technical Submittals as Per Design, Standards, Codes, Purpose & Regulatory authorities Approvals.Review / Arrange Purchasing Orders for The Mechanical Systems as Per the Working Drawings and The Projects Specification.
• Compare / Validate sub-contractors, vendors offer Technically & Commercially.• Guide The Mechanical Execution Crews Technically.
• Ensures That All Mechanical System Designs, Plans, And Records Are Accurately Maintained, Updated, And Archived.
Job Requirements: -

• 3 -5 years’ experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in  Mechanical engineering.

• Experience in Site Mechanical engineering construction field.

• Strong negotiation skills

• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects

• Problem-solving.

• High attention to detail.

• Highly organized

• High Leadership Skills.
