Senior Civil Tender Engineer for ProService

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Civil Tender Engineer to lead and manage the tendering process for civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, analyzing contract requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, contracts, and project specifications
• Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and bid submissions
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with tender requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for accurate pricing
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies
• Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in tendering for civil engineering projects
• Strong knowledge ofFIDIC contracts, cost estimation, and project planning
• Proficiency inMS Office, AutoCAD, and tendering software
