🔹 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
🔹 Experience in mechanical systems cost management (HVAC, piping, plumbing, etc.).
🔹 [5 - 7] years in quantity surveying, with mechanical engineering exposure.
Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
🔹 [5 - 7] years of experience in technical office roles within MEP, construction, or infrastructure projects.
🔹 Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
🔹 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office, and other engineering software.
