Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Structural Designer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Junior Concrete Structural Designer will engage in creating construction drawings, assisting in structural engineering tasks, and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Revit (BIM) tools. Day-to-day tasks will also include supporting the team in concrete design and other civil engineering duties to ensure project success and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and Structural Engineering skills
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and Revit (BIM)
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and Concrete Design using ECP, ACI and SBC
• Knowledge in analytical software like (SAP, Etabs, SAFE, RAM, etc.),
• Knowledge in post-tension design or bridge design or Precast slabs detailing is a plus,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering,
• Work experience at least 3 years as designer.
