Position: Maintenance Control and Safety Systems Engineer
Contract duration: Full time

Working Hours: 9 Hours per day
Days off: Friday & Saturday
Role JD:
· Responsible for safe and efficient operation of Yokogawa ICSS systems.
· Acts as site SPA for automation systems digital security (cybersecurity).
· Supports incident and technical investigations, including RCFA, recommendations and lessons learned.
· On call ICSS support during safety and production emergencies.
· Responsible for maintenance, faultfinding, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
· Periodic and corrective maintenance for control systems and networks.
· Condition monitoring of ICSS cabinets, hardware, and software using system alarms, health monitoring tools and visual checks.
· Efficient and economic management of spare parts and prompt reporting of any deficiencies.
· Implementation of control system changes, including logic, hardware, and software configurations.
· Preparation of documentations and test reports for system modification (MOCs).
· Addition and modification of I/Os including HART, Foundation Fieldbus and Modbus.
· Troubleshooting of Modbus communications.
· Commissioning & maintenance of servers and workstations
· Installation of system software, operating system, and patches.
· Responsible for periodic backups and for restore testing.
· Liaise with engineering, vendors, and the original equipment manufacturers for all queries regarding maintenance, drawings, modifications, resolution of technical problems.
· Supporting operations and maintenance disciplines as required.
· Supporting continuous improvements like alarm management and control loops health/tuning.
· Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for alarm management, SIF performance, etc.
· Maintaining maintenance records in CMMS (GMS).
· Ensuring high standard housekeeping and safe work practices, protection of the environment to be always observed.
Job Requirement:
. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
. Experience +5 years in automation and control.
. Excellent computer and language skills.
