Senior Civil Technical Office Engineer for osisco

The Senior Civil Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for managing technical office operations and ensuring project compliance. This role involves reviewing reports, contracts, BOQs, and schedules to maintain efficiency and adherence to project requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in Technical Office operations, specializing in flooring systems and waterproofing.
Strong knowledge of flooring systems and waterproofing materials (e.g., epoxy, polyurethane, cementitious coatings, bituminous membranes, etc.).
Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and contract management.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Must have a car.
