WYA+ Company is Hiring a Mechanical BIM Coordinator!

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Coordinator to join our Technical Office in Nasr City, Cairo. If you have a strong background in BIM coordination for mechanical systems, we’d love to hear from you!

🔹 Job Requirements:
 • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 • Experience: 5+ years in BIM coordination, with a focus on HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
 • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
 • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, clash detection, and coordination techniques.
 • Experience with Navisworks and additional BIM software is a plus.
 • Excellent team coordination and communication skills.
 • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

🔹 Responsibilities:
 • Lead BIM coordination for mechanical systems, ensuring clash-free integration with other disciplines.
 • Develop and manage LOD 300-500 BIM models for construction documentation.
 • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, Architectural, Electrical, etc.) to optimize design and resolve conflicts.
 • Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
 • Oversee the production of mechanical shop drawings and technical details.
 • Support the technical office in reviewing and updating BIM workflows and standards.
