WYA+ Company is Hiring a BIM Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team in Nasr City, Cairo. If you have a strong background in BIM and Fit-Out projects, this opportunity is for you!

🔹 Job Requirements:
 • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
 • Experience: 7+ years in BIM, with a focus on Fit-Out projects.
 • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
 • Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and coordination techniques.
 • Experience with Navisworks and additional BIM software is a plus.
 • Excellent team coordination and communication skills.
 • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

🔹 Responsibilities:
 • Lead BIM coordination for fit-out projects, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines.
 • Develop and manage LOD 300-500 BIM models for construction documentation.
 • Coordinate design requirements across all project stages (schematic, detailed, etc.).
 • Oversee the production of architectural working drawings and details following firm standards.
 • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc.) to resolve clashes and optimize workflows.
 • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.
